Growing up chef would be out fishing with his father collecting seafood for the evening dinner, his pealla is a family recipe passed down from his father and grandfather alike.
Chef Andres came to Liverpool in 2012 and established Mr Paella Liverpool, bringing his Valencian passion for cooking alongside. Chef Andres has cooked for many football players and celebrities and brings a taste of home with his authentic food. Mr Paella Liverpool has expanded and now presents Esto Es España offering traditional Spanish food, including a range of tapas and Paella in a beautiful Mediterranean setting for all to enjoy.
