Who we are
Magic Win is run by magicwin LTD, Barge straat 1, with a subsidiary at Hollandia 24, under a Curaçao master licence. We are not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission.
Your eligibility
You must be 18 or over and allowed to gamble online where you live. Only one account per person is permitted.
The welcome package
Codes MAGIC1 to MAGIC5 apply to your first five deposits in that order, need a £20 minimum deposit each and can be used once. Free spins apply to the named slot only.
Wagering
Bonus funds must be wagered 30x on the deposit plus the bonus, and free-spin winnings 30x, before withdrawal. Slots, scratch cards, bingo and keno count at 100%. Live casino, table and card games count at 10%, video poker under 2% and baccarat 0%.
Bonus limits
Progressive jackpot slots cannot be played with bonus funds. The maximum stake with an active bonus is the sterling equivalent of 10 euros. Unused bonus credits expire after 30 days.
Cancelling a bonus
You may cancel an active bonus. The bonus and all winnings made with it are then removed.
Withdrawals
Every deposit must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Requests stay pending for up to 48 hours and are paid to the deposit method. Where lifetime withdrawals reach five times lifetime deposits, payouts are made in £5,000 instalments.
Smaller accounts
If lifetime deposits are below £200, each withdrawal is limited to ten times the last deposit.
Verification
We may request identity, address and payment documents and may call you before paying out.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms and our offers. The version in force when you claim an offer governs that offer.
